Nominations for serving on the Executive have now CLOSED
The Executive shall ensure that all rules relating to the running of the AGM are consistent with the obligations prescribed by the Incorporated Societies Act 1908 and the Constitution of the New Zealand Home Heating Association (Incorporated)
- 17.02 Annual General Meetings shall be held pursuant to Clause 9 of the Constitution.
- 17.03 Members holding office on the Executive shall be elected at an AGM pursuant to Clause 12 of the Constitution.
